Vietnamese Noodle Soup “PHO”  -

Pho (pronounced "phir" in English) is influenced by the Chinese and French cuisines, and was believed to have originally derived from a French soup, "pot au feu",(pot on fire) which Wikipedia defines as a French beef stew. Our Pho is  a mixture of cuts of beefor chicken, vegetable, and spice.

Shrimp Dumpling & Siu-Mai -

In the world of Dim Sum, there are a quite a few dishes that are standards. These are the dishes that are as ubiquitous as hamburgers at diners. Siu-Mai and Shrimp Dumplings to those of us who don't speak any of the Chinese languages, fall squarely into this category. Come to check them out!!
